The drop-boxes should be more secure in certain neighborhoods for UHaul’s sake. The Dropbox in St. Charles was more secure. Overall very thankful for the rental.

Location requires you to park on street and leave key in an unsecured mailbox. Was lead to believe when selecting location that it was a secured UHaul Drop Off Location. Owner of business is very professional, yet key drop-off was not in person leaving me uncomfortable in verifying that our drop-off was complete.
TIMOTHY SThe U-Haul was parked in the worst location and it was an awful experience picking it up. We didn’t get an email with the code to the U-Haul until we called to get it. Stop letting them be a U-Haul dealer.
