I wouldn't even give him 1 star. I returned the truck after hours and placed the key in the box like Malav instructed me to do. Someone must have hit the truck over night after I returned it because he charged me $100's in damages and then created a fabricated damage report with dates and accident information completely made up that did not match with my rental period. Then the regional franchise manager, Don, who is a major D-bag refused to refund the charges despite admitting to the fabricated accident report. BEWARE!! Unfortunately, Malav and Donny don't know my husband owns a law firm so I'll end up faring much better than most despite the tremendous absurdity of this.JULIE A.
The owner at this location is awesome! I caught him as he was leaving and closing up. I didn't realize he closed at 4:30pm. He came back inside and assisted me with the truck rental! I am very appreciative of his great customer service!ASHLEE MARIE R.

We returned the van at 4:30 and the office was closed. We noticed at that time we were 1/4 of a tank of gas shy of what was required. For that amount we didn't think it was worth leaving to get gas since it would have cost about .50. Was shocked that we were charged $18.00 for 1/4 tank of gas. We couldn't see the mileage because a "oil check" blocked the mileage so I assume we were charged for the correct mileage.TERRY H.
I think your company wide policy of increasing your mileage charge on weekends is ridiculous, especially for someone like me, who uses your trucks on a regular basis. From now on I will use Penske on the weekends.MICHAEL S.

The location is a very poorly run facility. I had 2 small boxes left in the back of the van and could not dispose of them since it was well after hours on a Sunday and I was charged $25 for that. I will never do this again and get charged $25 - absolute ridiculous...Kenneth S.

Not only was the reservation wrong and changed despite conversations with Dave at the Filler Up and he guaranteed me a truck. I then picked up the truck and the man didn't have any record or paperwork for me. He handed me a note with miles?! I called the Uhaul customer service to explain and request that I could return to the original location I needed. They yelled at me to â€œstop explaining to meâ€ and passed me to someone else. She told me no multiple times and told me I had a contract and had to honor it. I'll never use Uhaul again. We have moved multiple family members this past year and will be moving my parents again in May. Rest assured we will find an alternative.Sarah L.

The only thing I received that I actually reserved was the appliance dolly. Could not provide location, truck or any other things I needed. Website did not allow me to pick up or return truck virtually. I waited in line 30 minutes behind three people to pick up the truck because web feature didn't work. Slow service, disappointing and truck had a windshield that was severely cracked when I got the truck. The truck was not cleaned out well by the time I drove it away.George M.

You guys screwed up!!!! the morning that we went to pick up 20' truck, even confirmed the night before, found out the half the truck was available, thankfully the sweet woman there found us a closer one - YOU GUYS SUCK AS FAR AS FUNDING ONE CLOSE!!!), e fiscove Next morning after driving too far (your â€˜find the closest' sucks). We discovered that we could pick one up literally on the way to our site. Meaning that we drove four ways in 2 hoursee could have picked up on our way there. It appears that your own staff admits to failings in the system, this is WORST IF YOU WANT TO RESERVE MORE THAN TEI DAYS AHEAD!!!! Insane. I would like an apology. From the web order, to the location, U Haul has its process in order. So many times, companies male it look as if online ordering will work and it doesn't when it comes to the human aspect. But, this was easy, the owner was there, the truck was ready and I was out in 5-6 minutes.Laurel P.
