The uhaul application was down when I went to pick up the truck and the uhaul employee could not access it either. I was given the truck without proper checkout. The truck with only 2475 miles looked and smelled brand new. There was a low tire pressure light on. I told the uhaul employee. He tapped all the tires with his finger and said it was a faulty sensor and he would not worry about it.

Andrew GNot make promises regarding gas reimbursement that was not honored in Bangor. Not sure where the problem lies, but I got screwed out of extra remaining fuel paymentt and that constitutes fraud from U-Haul. It needs to be dealt with, and I will be filling a formal complaint with the company and the State Attorney’s Generals office in both Maryland and Maine .
