the U-Haul app would not accept photos of the truck when I was picking it up. I would take the picture and submit but it would not indicate that the photo was uploaded and I had to "skip" all photos to proceed. I finally gave up and just drove away.

sunshray mThe truck we rented had 160K miles on it and it was mechanically sound, but the air conditioner would stop working every 15 minutes, which made for an uncomfortable ride when it was nearly 100 degrees outside. This truck has seen better days for sure. Also, the original rental was supposed to be picked up at another location and an hour prior to pick up we were notified they would not be able to fulfill the rental b/c the truck wasn't returned in time, so they switched locations. Not the best customer service experience. I will say that Rick at the Cockeysville location was very customer-friendly. Keep that guy...he's a solid employee
