Sharon SPerson at pickup was excellent. Dropoff person was very good. At dropoff, discovered the gas gauge U Haul installed showed 1/4 tank when first turned on and you had to drive around to get a proper reading. This took quite a while to get concept across to dropoff guy including spending more money on gas and seeing no change. Very frustrating and time consuming. Otherwise all went well. Van worked great.
Marshall MThe man was rude unhelpful because he wasn’t knowledgeable or just didn’t want to help. When I tried to add on the insurance before paying because a customer paid for the insurance for me. He printed my receipt, knowing the man was doing this, creating fraud on my account because he had to cancel the transaction to redo it and then he gave me a truck that’s buried behind another truck and the gentleman that helped me said I’ll take the truck that’s in front of her give me the key so I can move it. He made Rental very stressful very unhelpful than being disabled and already stressed on the move. This was not very professional.
