UHaul equipment was good, clean, easy to use. UHaul relocated my original location, which is fine. But UHaul changed the name on the new reservation details and I was unable to complete the pick-up process via the UHau lApp nor in-person. The in-person representative (Convenience store owner/manager) had to CALL UHaul customer service so I could correct the reservation details. I would not recommend using UHaul from 3rd Party locations so IF any issues occur they can be resolved by a direct UHaul rep. Not a 3rd party rep who then has to call a UHaul rep.
