Make the rental process easier and more informative. I didn’t know that I’d need to take pictures of the rental prior to its return. I’m glad I didn’t put the key back before taking pictures. Also I wasn’t afforded the option of declining the insurance fee of $15.00. Next time I need to rent a truck I’ll make sure to utilize a location where I can deal with people instead of the online process, which by the way is a hassle
