The app would not let us load picture before the pick up and at the return. We had over an hour wait to speak to customer service and still did not get to speak to anyone. We also got extra charges that took over 1/2 hour to get reduced. All the app issues and the inability to speak to customer service cost us a lot of time with our move and aggravation.

Over charged
Heather MMake the rental process easier and more informative. I didn’t know that I’d need to take pictures of the rental prior to its return. I’m glad I didn’t put the key back before taking pictures. Also I wasn’t afforded the option of declining the insurance fee of $15.00. Next time I need to rent a truck I’ll make sure to utilize a location where I can deal with people instead of the online process, which by the way is a hassle
