Improve your website so it keeps the time and day the rental was originally set at. Get rid of the small pick up areas like Manchaca because I ended up stopping at 3 different locations (4 hrs of my time) to get what I ordered THEN get charged for the full two days. I used this location because it was near my home, but I will not use it again. I was overcharged and it took me over 4 days and many phone calls to finally get someone to listen to my issue. It has now been 10 days since I rented a truck and I am still waiting for my refund.Gilda P.

STOP RENTING TRUCKS TO CUSTOMERS WITH LESS THAN FULL GASOLINE! The gas went down an eighth as soon as I drove off. I had to pay 10 dollars in gas to drive 15 miles in a 10 ft truck. It's a scam. Charge the customer a service fee for the gas if they don't bring it back full, then, in instead of refilling it, pass it on to the next person and make them play a game to try and get the gas back to exact place on gas gauge. I'll never rent from this place again,Joseph S.

I was there at 2 when they opened and no one was there so I waited. Google said open from 2-5. No one showed. I finally called customer service and after being on hold for awhile, I was able to get online and the nice gal walked me thru the process. I don't want to malign this location cuz they might have had an emergency but wanted you guys to know. I also don't want to get charged any extra fees since it was not my fault. Ive used uhaul 3 times in 4 years and have never had any issues.Debbie S.

YOU ARE CHARGING ME FOR AN EXTRA DAY WHEN I DIDNT USE IT AN EXTRA DAY. THE GUY ON THE PHONE SAID IT WAS A MISTAKE AND THAT I WOULDN'T BE CHARGED AND STILL WAS. NOW I HAVE TO WASTE MY TIME CALLING AND ARGUING TO GET BACK MY $60. NOWHERE IN THE APP DID IT SAY THAT MY DROP OFF TIME WAS 8AM. I took almost 45 mins to checkin through the mobile site. Long stretches would go by with cryptic messages from a virtual agent. She was clearly looking at multiple conversations at one time time not reading the history before responding. It all had a very rude and quick tone rather than trying to be helpful, as if I was trying to steal the truck and she was preventing a crime from happening.Matthew R.

I rented a U-Haul, two dozen furniture pads and a dolly. I also rented from U-Haul's website movers to move my items to the truck. We picked up the U-Haul as planned but no dolly nor furniture pads were inside the truck. We were never told this in advance nor advised a way to go about getting them. I am not sure how one can move items without these basic essentials. However, after speaking with U-Haul again, I was told to drive to a different U-Haul facility to pick up a dolly and furniture pads. We drove to a different facility and were told that no dolly was available. What this comes down to is not only did I not get what I ordered but was advised by U-Haul that another facility had the items, but in reality, they did not. We also had multiple issues with the moving company we were provided on U-Haul's website but I am being advised that this is not U-Haul's issue. However, I would not recommend booking the movers through U-Haul's site because there is zero accountability on U-Haul's end.Robin M.

The worker told me I had two days. But when I got email confirmation had only 24 hours, which was impossible for me. Called rental location and they said they could not change and had to call another number to correct to 48 hrs as I needed.William R.
The store was hard to see from the road. The UHaul signage was tiny so I missed it and had to drive around the block. The employees are not wearing masks and the store is super dirty. The employees were friendly and helpful. The UHaul truck seats were sticky with food debris from the prior renter, so I know they aren't wiping anything down between rentals. It was fine overall, but as a customer I would have appreciated masks and sanitizing the cab.KERI M.

Not terrible. That is my rating. Not good either The online rent a truck process was nowhere near as fast as it would sound. IT took 45 min. This is after I set up my reservation Online three days before. It took 45 min after I clicked that I have arrived on-site to pick up my truck. After that wonderful experience, I sat with Live chat for a bit as they were approving my reservation. This seems like something that could have been done before I showed up. So after my 45 min wait for a got the pleasure to crawl into a truck that was clean, at least devoid of any visible trash, but smelled like a casino on a Saturday night in classic Vegas where you could still smoke your giant Cigar inside. I thought to my self IF only I could bottle this and add it my check out to explain just how bad that truck smelled. It's also Texas in the summer. Its 95 degrees, so the inside of the truck had some time to really marinate to bring that smell up to the correct level of disgusting. At this point, I haven't moved a stick of furniture, and I need a shower. The truck thankfully had COLD AC, which is a good thing, and ran well.william S.

Berry was rude and combative. Our pick up time was 2. We arrived at 2:45 and the truck was not there. The truck was not there until 3:30. All of the arrangements were made online. My name as well as my husbands were on the account. For some reason Barry felt this needed to be changed. It took 30 minutes for him to complete the process allowing us to leave. We were unable to do no contact pick up due to the fact Berry was either unwilling or unable to do so. Under no circumstances would I use this location and most likely Uhaul again. We both felt his behavior was condescending, unnecessary, unreasonable and racially motivated. As a representative of your company, his behavior is a direct reflection of Uhaul's policies, beliefs and procedures.LISA B.

This was my First experience renting a moving truck. They were professional and courteous. Everything was clearly explained, including the insurance coverage. Would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.Michael F.
The overall experience was outstanding as I was able to self-service the whole process in less than 20 minutes. The location needs some more work to make it above average as it is behind some other business facade and hence needs better signs / ads other than the other u-haul trucks parked there.Rodrigo M.

I looked at my invoice and there was a 14$ up charge that I didn't approve. I ask the mechanic at the shop and he said it was optional, but wouldn't take it off. They admitted to not asking and did not try to make up the difference. Total bill was 50$ and 14$ of that was stolen from me.Richard T.
