Frank CMake sure th truck Is clean when we come to pick it up. It had sand in the back and dog hair in the front seat and got all of our belongings dirty during our move. The pick up location also looks like a junk yard in the middle of a neighborhood
Marinna PThe location appears to be similar to a junk yard. I picked up the truck with only 8 miles worth of gas. Noted on the contract 1/8. I was charged extra for gas when I returned it with more than received. The rep was nice and courteous.
AMYE MI was charged an EXCESSIVE amount for gasoline when I brought it back with more gas than it had when I left. Also a $25 cleaning fee! That truck was disgustingly dirty when I received it. To the extent of me not being able to handle the filth and lingering odor. In which I called the retailer to inform him of the condition of his vehicle. He proceeded to apologize for the situation and said thank you after I explained that I’d be cleaning it while I had it… His truck was returned in better condition than it was rented. I’m absolutely blown away by this dealer and can’t help to wonder how easy it is to become a dealer for U-Haul.. feel really scammed 😭
AMOS YJohnny Mccrary owns this location and he was awesome. The return location @Florida Mall location was not . I would be rounding up if I give them 2 stars, Not kidding. I returned my 15 foot just under 1 hour late. I was told on the phone I had a 1 hour grace period to return the truck from a rep at the Fl Mall location. I arrived and they changed me another day with insurance. Also was told if the mileage went over the speced (by Uhaul) 166 it wouldn't be a problem. I went over 3 MILES,169 TOTAL. They charged it to my card, 3 dollars. I rent from Uhaul 1-2 times a year and want to continue but not from the FL Mall location. Once again I picked it up in Jacksonville and was very happy with the customer service detail Johnny gave to me.

Angela BThis was NOT the drop off location that I had chosen. I chose an actual Uhaul store where there would be actual employees anytime for drop off. This was NOT a store, was fairly far away. It was dirty, a very low end car repair shop in a residential neighborhood, the owner was not there. It really was unrecognizable as a business. We had to take the trailer off ourselves and roll it into a ditch for return. We did speak with the owner (someone was there who called his uncle, the owner, so we could get it returned). Very disappointed!!!! I was also disappointed that the Uhaul rep on the phone told me she could not check us in, and that I would have to download the app and check in. That is not customer service we were in this stressful situation.
JOHN GPickup was easy and the gentleman was very helpful and friendly. Truck was very clean and ready to go.

Terance GI rented a uhaul to go from Jacksonville to tallahassee. All I did was drive it home, drive it to Tallahassee and then drop it off… and you up charge the miles by 25. This is a total scam and it’s the kind of thing I usually take to small claims court or the arbitration process. Right now, I’m busy moving or that would be my next course of action just to prove you wrong. Simply horrible that you are scamming people that are moving and so busy.
Andrew CThis drop off was 18 miles from my location. There was a Uhaul rental place less than 50 yards from me. I do not know the area, so it would be helpful for Uhaul to select the closest location for drop off unless the customer has a reason not to choose the closest location.

Daniel AThey tried to add a $50 fee for taxes and insurance. But started by saying you didn’t pay in full online. When I told him I did and I didn’t want the insurance he acted as if he never said anything and says have a nice day.
Jason FNo one from U-haul on site. I was told to call a cell # to contact the owner. I had to provide my card information over the phone. I got charge for insurance that I did not request; I asked for an specific drop off location and I got one an hour from where I requested. Equipment are parked on a road in front of a car repair shop
Lisa DI was originally scheduled for a different location. I was sent to a different location because they did not have the equipment as reserved. I was not informed until i was at the uhaul place where i originally reserved. So much for a guaranteed reservation.

sierra wI was over charged! The U-Haul wasn't even inspected when I got it! Didn't ask me for ID anything! I was charged for insurance the safe move I did not choose that! I'm owed a refund and haven't gotten it! I had the U-Haul ONE day! And I can't get any resolution! I will NEVER use U-Haul Again!

LILLIAN MThe truck I rented was clean inside but apparantly had been sitting for a while because the windows were dirty. Not bad under the circumstances. Johnny checked me in but I didn't realize until later that the 6 packing blankets that I rented for $5.00 were not in the truck. I called him the next day by telephone and he assured me he would credit my account. I explained that I was concerned that I might be charged for the pads but I was not.

That was Uncomfortable and horrible. But I had paid the moving helpers for u-haul the day I made the reservation and I had no problem with my card. So I think that in M&A Professional Development Solutions LLC It was I had the problem with my card I don't know why I had money in the card. It was very weird.
Maria RHave a actually location where you can drop off vehicle and not have to use drop box. I wanted to use another form of payment at drop off but couldnt be it wasnt a physical location so i had to communicate drop off info via telephone.

damonecia rThere was no office, no one on site, difficult to find. The address given is not a Uhaul location. It is a auto repair facility that would not check in my rental. This location should not be an option for anyone in the future.
Brent GBefore we arrived they used the truck to go to the parts store to pick up parts so the truck was not available when we arrived. Additionally, there was trash on the floor and it was the gas hand was on less than a half a tank. Yet, on the paperwork he marked it was a half a tank which it was not. I had to spend 28.00 to get it to a half a tank before turning it in and still got charged an additional 9.00 from UHAUL which was not fair especially since it was not clean and had less than a half tank of gas in it.

Ronald HArrived to pick up my uhaul at this location at 9am, received a call the previous day to confirm. Arrived at location and uhaul was not there. Owner of said business tried selling me a 15’ truck for $100-200 off price. I declined, owner of business then drove myself and a friend in his personal vehicle to another uhaul pickup location, found a uhaul at the size I reserved and picked it up. Drove back to the 8th street location and had the auto tow installed. Later in the evening after loading my uhaul the auto tow became disconnected from the uhaul and had to have family assist getting it back on. This uhaul experience was extremely stressful and not as smooth as my previous experiences. I will reconsider using uhauls services in the future.
