The worst service I ever had. The owner wanted me to get on his phone and give my card number out to whoever was on the line (not U-Haul). I contacted U-Haul myself to make the payment but they were surprised to hear what was going on there themselves. I will never go back to that location.

Truck only got 7.2 mpg and had to spend over $150 for gas on a trip where my personal truck used less than 1/4 of a tank of gas. I had to stop twice to fill up U Haul. Then had to pay another $2 fee that no one could explain when turning in truck.

Drop off location is convenient and easy to access. I dropped the equipment off on a Sunday so there were no employees to assist, but previous experience here has been excellent.

Got to do what I needed to do. The only problem I had was U-Haul changed my pick up location by 30 mile, 60 round trip. This cost me an additional $35 plus gas or about $50. When I made the reservation it was two miles from my location.
