It was not MM small engines! They were fine. It was the customer service we received. We made a mistake booking the U-Haul on return location. Once we realized the mistake, we tried to fix it and call. We were going to be charged a $388 dollar relocation fee to transfer it from Monroeville AL to Montevallo AL!!! Plus my wife is 7 months pregnant and didn’t need to drive that additional time period. But we did, because we can’t afford to pay over $500 dollars to rent a UHaul for less than 24 hours. Guess what?? We got the final receipt and we were charge $334 dollars for the extra miles we put on the UHAUL! We will never be using UHAUL ever again.
