Bad experience in trying to rent car dolly. One location would not rent me the item and were not helpful at all, even though I have very good experience before this time and this time they were insisted that my car I would be using would not work. At different location I was told that U-Haul equipment would not work for me. When I called your phone line the gentlemen on the line was very helpful and I was able to rent the dolly and when I needed it. I have used U-Haul in the past but after this experience I probably not use them again.

This has been pretty much the worst customer service experience I've had in my life. I got overcharged for a dolly that was not included. And your contact list check in system is beyond worthless. It will be easier to carry things by hand then rent from U-Haul again

The location was great the day before turn in I needed the truck 2 more days. The U-Haul number did not answer during business hours I had to get the locations actual business number. Once I called that number no problems at all. I would suggest U-Haul get there act together. Why have a so called 24 hour phone line and web site if you can not reach someone????

on this particular rental cargo truck, the right side passenger does not close easily. you have to slam it hard enough to close the door. I just wanted to point this out. other than that, I Thank Joe, the representative was very courteous and helpful.

Poorly executed instructions, was not advised by any Uhaul representative to download a app. I had to call back 6 times to get the rite information and 2 of the representatives had attitude problems. At the end we were charged more then we expected also. Invoice shows 3 separate charges for gas. We paid the extra fee to cover the gas and only used a 16th of the gas. Not happy at all with this whole process. Would like a representative to call so we can take care of these issues.

Drunk drivers who need ignition interlock systems put in or taken out take priority over reserved u-haul. I reserved a week inadvance and had to wait 45 minutes, then taken into a back office because they were taking so long.

In the MANY times I have rented from Uhaul, I will NEVER use this location again. Once before they were rude but I did not report. EVERYtime I tent a trailer I have assistance with hookup and they verify lights/brakes work. This guy(mechanic) said he had a hernia and bad back and I needed to help him. I told him I had recent back surgery and he told me to stand on the back. When I questioned if the chains/wires should be tightened as they were in the ground he said “I don't work for you.” I was not thanked and I was rushed. The lady up front was very shaky did not greet anyone and never made eye contact. I felt as if I was a burden instead of a customer. Their only saving grace was a nice young man who helped with the disconnect. This place is a POOR representation of UHAUL

Online time said opened at 8:30. The business opens at 9:00!! I probably would recommend just not around the holidays!

The additional fee for an extra day of use is incorrect and disputed. The rental was returned as specified in the agreement on time. The UHAUL mobile app was not able to accept the photos or acknowledge the drop off. An email I received as a follow up stated that a UHAUL rep would contact me in 24 hours to complete billing/return and no one did or has until receipt of this email and additional charge. Please remove the additional charge for the extra day as it is incorrect and the rental was returned as per contract, I have photo and digital record of the transaction. Thank you. Sent from my iPad

Horrible, absolutely horrible. They called the day before but did not tell me the store location for pickup had changed. This made me 1/2 hour late for the movers to begin. The truck was very dusty inside. There was only 1 woman there and couldn't help me with the tow trailer. She called her boss who finally arrived and did put the tow trailer on. UHaul. made a very stressful mood 50 times worse and will never use them again.

I was charged for 30 blankets, a dolly, and furniture roller, but none was included. I'm very unhappy with U-Haul. I've used them twice and both times they did not provide any accessories, I.e, blankets, Dollys that I paid for. I have never been reimbursed for these, even though I've called several times. I will never use U-Haul again!!

Location was great and extremely helpful getting the trailer returned. Customer support from uhaul is terrible. Extremely long hold times and an unwillingness to help customers. Rates are also very high for the equipment rented. I would use the location again in a heartbeat but am unlikely to choose Uhaul due to company policies

Every place that I've ever rented a uhual had put the Dolly's in the back of the uhual... well I paid for mine upfront to use while moving, and when I got home I realized there was no dolly in the back of my truck. Thinking maybe they forgot to put it in there I was expecting them to just take the $7 charge off for the dolly... no instead they charged me the $7 PLUS an extra $60 for not returning a dolly I didn't receive in the first place. Then charged me for going 136 miles. When the houses I was moving between were literally 5 miles apart and we made 2 trips!!!! When I got the uhual the lady didn't take me out to the truck to verify mileage or look over the truck, instead she handed me the keys and said go ahead and grab it it's in the back... I should've verified the mileage but I didn't I trusted them & they completely ripped me off. So disappointed
