Location was great and extremely helpful getting the trailer returned. Customer support from uhaul is terrible. Extremely long hold times and an unwillingness to help customers. Rates are also very high for the equipment rented. I would use the location again in a heartbeat but am unlikely to choose Uhaul due to company policies

Every place that I’ve ever rented a uhual had put the Dolly’s in the back of the uhual... well I paid for mine upfront to use while moving, and when I got home I realized there was no dolly in the back of my truck. Thinking maybe they forgot to put it in there I was expecting them to just take the $7 charge off for the dolly... no instead they charged me the $7 PLUS an extra $60 for not returning a dolly I didn’t receive in the first place. Then charged me for going 136 miles. When the houses I was moving between were literally 5 miles apart and we made 2 trips!!!! When I got the uhual the lady didn’t take me out to the truck to verify mileage or look over the truck, instead she handed me the keys and said go ahead and grab it it’s in the back... I should’ve verified the mileage but I didn’t I trusted them & they completely ripped me off. So disappointed

tire sensor on the vehicle stayed on, it was pretty intimidating to see the orange light during the entire drive. There were cigarette ashes in the vehicle, I am not a smoker and was concerned since I HAD TO CLEAN UP AFTER SOMEONE ELSE. But, I arrived at my destination smoke ash free & orange lit dash panel safe.

26ft truck has serious problems!!!! Front end shakes violently at hwy speeds. Rear axel "dog tracks" making it hard to take left hand curves, as it swerves and had "over steer" when making left curves. This truck was so hard to drive!!!

Trailer was dirty, no assistance in rigging it up to my truck. Attendant was very nice however. Had to drive across town to another U-Haul with employees who knew how to work the equipment. I also received a confirmation email with the wrong location and phone number. Wasted at least three hours of my day in the whole process.

Most of the trouble was with corporate UHaul. I was unable to contact anyone to give an updated credit card number so I had to cancel the original reservation and make one on the spot at the pick up venue. Our pick up time was 9:00 and we drove off at 10:00. The location clearly needs additional help to handle UHaul rentals and their regular business. The lady was nice but overwhelmed and unable to handle the steady flow of customers coming into the office.

If there is a next time, I will request the unit be checked in right away, while I am there. The man informed me he would check it in after lunch and I would receive an email once it was done. I received the email the following day....

Time of pickup was not correct. When the pick up was finally accepted the computers were down. The person who originally offered me a storage unit was 80 miles from residence and they wanted me to drop off the Uhaul in Tucson. The person who finally helped me in the end did a wonderful job and even called the storage unit on a Sunday and and spoke to the sister of the owner. Then on Monday she called to the storage place to make sure was ok. Unfortunately l don't remember her name. I want to thank her and l hope you can relay this to her manager. The male in store rep had a poor attitude. When I requested the full 24 hours for the rental he said alright fine with a poor tone. It lessened the overall expirerence for me but didn't ruin it. The other store rep was good as well as the phone rep.

I was in and out of there really fast. I was asked if I had replaced the gas I used, and I said yes. I again failed to mention the discrepancy between the contract and actual gas gauge reading.

Although not the fault of the pickup location, it was a considerable distance away from where I wanted/needed to pickup the truck and where I was led to believe the truck would be.
