RYAN CEverything was good , but the fuel surcharge they put on my invoice was unjustified. Its very disappointing that I already filled up tank upto Mark in access of fuel reading which was there before pickup , still they put up an 12$ surcharge , unjustified and remorseful.. Overall average Thanks

Dharminder DEmployee at the store did not know how to use the online system. He video called the owner to ask him how to do things. It took us 40 minutes to just pick up our pre booked U-Haul. Which caused us delay. It’s not the employees fault the employer should properly train them. He was screaming at him over the video call on how to do it. I legit felt bad for him.

Drexiel S1st, the location we initially booked (Sunfood Market) was doing renovations inside even though we saw the cargo van we wanted. He said that he cannot give the keys to the van because they are closed (there's a person inside). At that point I already clicked the pick up the truck and he is like "you should come in first". But I saw the van? Anyway, he referred us to the other store (Manila Fleetwood) and said "They already know what to do". When we got there, the only van they have is the box truck (which is larger than what we need and $0.10 more expensive) but of course we do not have a choice because we are already late in our appointment and it is raining. The man in this location seemed friendly and said he will do the booking for us. Looks like this location and the one that's closed have the same owner. WHEN HE BOOKED ME FOR THE TRUCK, HE DID NOT ASK MY CONSENT FOR THE CDW WHICH I ALWAYS DECLINE IN MY ONLINE BOOKING. I just knew when we returned the vehicle. 2nd, the fuel tank was almost empty (IT WAS BLINKING WHEN WE DROVE LIKE A FEW SECONDS FROM THE PARKING). Luckily there was a gas station 500m away so we filled up just enough for our travel. 3rd, not really sure why the key for the cargo van is not available when the cargo van was there. Is there a uhaul software that can only be accessed by a desktop which clearly wasn't present at that time? And why keep the cargo van if it's closed? Not sure if it's a scheme for people to book the larger truck. And why not let us book on our own? So we can just pay the CDW even if we don't want to? Online booking even asks, when a live person does it, it just goes through? I should have believed the reviews I read before the reservations. I raised the CDW charge to U-haul team and said they'll give me a credit. I haven't seen it reflected in my account, but if it was true. Good U-haul customer service. Just be careful with the dealers.

SIDDARTH BTook about 30 mins to get the vehicle. The owner charged me for gas despite me filling fuel.
Jacob KThe store owner was not present. He FaceTimed his store assistant on how to book me in. They were 30 mins late in giving me the truck. On return I asked him to come check the truck and he said he does it afterwards and I will get a bill via email. To my surprise he charged me $11 for gas when I had already topped up before returning. Very bad service and fraud! I want my money back! I have photos and videos to prove what I am saying
Jay KI was supposed to pick the truck at 10 am from the dealer when I went there I waited like 30 minutes but no one showed up . I called them they said the truck is out of service and he sent me to another agent that took me like 2 hours more to get the truck . on the other side I got the truck but I have never been told about the procedure about the gas and filling policy so I thought the gas is included but I discovered that 30 dollar deducted for filling gas and service fee ! I ask you for a refund for the service as I was not informed about this before .
