Ann PThe location I selected failed to secure my reservation. Waited on the phone for live chat and customer service for 15 minutes. Redirected 14 miles out of my way that ultimately resulted to an over mileage charge. I was charged additional miles for U-Haul mistake. This is my fourth rental in 3 months and this was the worst of them all.

Marianne SVehicle check-out worked seamlessly. Maple Lawn requires you to buy their boxes on-site (Lowe's is cheaper anyway). FYI: UHaul's do not have cruise control and are not Air Ride equipped, so pack carefully!

Robert CThe location of the u-haul was fine - but the U-Haul online reservation it’s self was trash. Online they let me make a reservation that was never possible in the first place. I know that now because I had to call the call center to make a whole new reservation the day I went to pick up the cargo van since MY ORIGINAL RESERVATION WAS NOT VALID. the customer service people I first called were not even helpful or knowledgeable. Horrendous. Found out I was going to be overcharged. This whole situation was aggravating.

Alessandro CThey try to execute the contract on a cell phone with poor cell and and no internet service at the location. Very difficult to execute. Very friendly people..difficult to execute the rental on a phone with no service. Reservation and scheduling with U haul was a nightmare. I opened a complaint with scheduling office and I am still waiting for the manager to call. My guess is they never will
Richard BEverything was perfect! It's great to know you can rent a uhaul locally by such caring and competent people that's reasonably priced and who make the process so easy. Just a reminder to all locals......Maple Lawn Market has everything you will need this Spring and Summer to make your outside areas beautiful and enjoyable for you and your families. No need to drive up to Home Depot or other Garden stores!!! Go visit Angela instead! You will find everything plus more!!!
Barbara VAngela is always so wonderful to deal with! She is always there and it's a delight to rent from her establishment . I won't rent anywhere else! She is wonderful!

Robert YAngela was very pleasant and thoughtful! The location was pretty far from where we live but in this competitive time we were happy to have a 15' truck with a ramp--to be able to move my piano! Again, Angela was very helpful. She gets top marks!

cierra sAfter calling to let them know I was returning the truck, I got no call back and when I delivered the truck no one was there and no one returned my call. Had to call UHaul directly to find out what to do. This review does not include the poor record keeping at UHaul itself that did not know where the contract said to return the truck. After returning it 2 days early, I got a bill for keeping it one extra day. Several phone calls needed to get a refund. WTH?
