She didn’t answer the phone nor was she there at the place to help with the process. Lock box was rusted it took over 20 minutes to get into it both times we tried to access it location is not in the best neighborhood so that was very uncomfortable. Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone else

This is about UHaul in general, not the location. My drop off location was changed without my knowledge, the 2nd location that I was directed to by a UHaul customer service representative, did not even accept UHaul drop off, then finally the 3rd location worked. These changes wasted a lot of time and energy. Please next time notify the customer of changes(not made by them) that are made immediately.

ANGELA SMade reservations 2 weeks in advance. Upon pick up truck was not available. This required new location for pickup. This increased overall cost.
MARSHAUN CThe cab and storage of the uhaul needed some extra cleaning. No furniture pads included. Rain leaked through the uhaul and soaked many of my boxes, ruining some of the contents. I do not recommend Uhaul. The person at the pickup/drop-off location was helpful with information.
