I did not reserve a U-Haul at this location. I was sent there in an uber by the U-Haul clerk at the location I reserved because they didn’t have my truck. The Maple Corner was in the middle of a terrible neighborhood, it was unattended and the phone number on the reservation didn’t work. I tried to call several times and finally found a number for the regional U-Haul center. That lady tried to track the attendant down and finally I received a phone call from them. None of the equipment was available that I needed, there was nobody there to show how nasty the truck was, it smelled like marijuana and cigarettes, and everything inside the cab was sticky and inside of the back of the truck was covered in dirt. Unfortunately, we had to get to the storage unit because we had movers waiting on us. I was an hour late because I had to go to this second location - total waste of money having the movers sitting there waiting on me. I need a refund for the equipment that I paid for but never received and I need drastic discount for the trucks condition and I would like to be reimbursed for my uber and the hour of time I paid the movers to sit there and wait on me.

The person that met me and showed me the truck to take was very nice. The truck had a loose area around the drivers door handle. The truck has a lot of play in the steering which took a little bit to get use to. It would have been nice if they could have printed the information and explained it before I actually left.
James hIn the future I will only use a location with associates present at the rental facility. Not having associates available for questions out side of a cell number is not ideal.

Lock box was rusted it took over 20 minutes to get into it both times we tried to access it location is not in the best neighborhood so that was very uncomfortable. Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone else
