If you were open at 8:00, that would have been more convenient. Otherwise, everything was perfect in every way. Communication, including billing, was clear and friendly. The vehicle was immaculate and ran perfectly. The website was easy to navigate. This is a legit 5-star rating.
Charles HI had a lot of trouble getting the truck out when picking up. It was parked tightly between two other trucks. The handle on the back door gave us some trouble.
Melody NTook a while to find key drop of box and there’s less lighting. App said office entrance but was located at the gate. Would be great if app said that instead of looking all around for 8mins. Thank you

megan lThis was a very pleasant experience. The woman who took care of us was very friendly and very well versed in regard to answering our questions. On pickup day everything was ready, and we were on our way in 5 minutes or less. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. Dropoff was just as fast and simple. We were well served in a very professional manner.
Thomas FI was lied to !! I was told if I kept the truck an extra day it would cost only 39.99 more !! I was never told that it would also cost 1.00 a mile !!! I got screwed cause I would of not Have added the extra day then !!!! Check out your google review it not going to be nice !
Valentino DThe incorrect keys were left in the lock box. Because the store was closed, I sat on hold for 45 minutes in the parking lot trying to reach a human at U-Haul. After 20 minutes on hold to speak to the first person, I was put on a 30 minute hold to get to the correct person. No one could figure out what was going on, and multiple times I was prompted to confirm a vehicle I didn’t have. Because of time constraints, I took the vehicle, that the keys in the lock box fit into. I was in charged extra for that vehicle because it was bigger than the one I reserved. Every customer service rep dealt with kind and thorough, but the overall experience was horrible way to start a busy day.

Hassan LThe floor of the van was dirty and apparently was not cleaned after its last use. Even found an empty water bottle in the door well in the back. Luckily I had a blanket to put down to protect my furniture from getting dirty.
Michael KMy first time using uhaul, quick and easy! Initially I tried to use app to rent at a different location with no employees and it did not work out, Found another location and had no problems.
Ron SThe lock for the truck did not work, I did not know that until we tried to lock the back that night. It would have been helpful to have an inspection with the staff before I rented it, that didn't happen. I did not get a receit for the final cost, it was sent to me by email but I couldn't open the link, so ended up going to the location the next week to get a paper copy.
Deborah PMy only problem was returning the Uhaul van. The service was bad and the Uhaul app made the process of returning the van alot longer than it needed to be.

Pamela CWent to the location to drop off vehicle 15 mins prior to closing. It said it closed at 5 pm, but nobody was around. The app wasn’t recognizing the order number so I couldn’t do a self checkout. I had to go back the next day to check out the truck, wasting two hours and gas.
Elvis BAwful experience with UHaul. I cannot see myself ever using it again. I drove all the way out to the location only to be told I need three people to call UHaul and verify my existence. Are you fucking kidding me?! You made me wait in the freezing cold spam calling friends and family in the middle of the day to get them to call you. Never again. Terrible support and the truck didn't even have the dolly I ordered.

Sheri PThere was no way to put straps across the front of furniture or stacked boxes. Bungie cords would not fit behind the wood beams that go the length of both sides of the inside of the truck. Strap downs could not fit behind them either. Therefore i could only stack boxes 2 high and was unable to utilize the hight of the inside of the truck. I now have to make another trip.

James RThe initial rental was great, the truck was great - it was the return that left me extremely frustrated. The lockbox had a lock on it which opened easily, but would not lock again. I was at the facility for 40 minutes, trying to use the app (unsuccessfully) calling Service, and trying to fix the broken lock so that I could securely leave my key (unsuccessfully). The service attendant, Alicia, tried her best to help me, but had no information that was useful. She contacted the store operator and eventually, I’ve decided the that I would have to return the key the next morning, (which I could not do because I am at work by 8:30). I continued to try and get the lock to close and eventually I got it to latch by tapping it on the ground (but not on the box) then I couldn’t re-open it. The key would not turn. Lots of frustration for such a simple thing. I had to ask my elderly mother, who uses a walker to go and return the key for me. I was very cranky by the time I left.

Charles HThe pickup and drop off procedure was dreadful. Using the all and having to take a bunch of photos was unpleasant. I feel like I am doing the job of the person who was supposed to check in and check out the truck. The truck was dirty, I had to sweep it before putting my things inside. There was gobs of something on the windshield that didn’t wash off.
Russell LHorrible experience. I spoke with a woman who said I have “24/7” access to the truck. I am ON THE PROPERTY and receive an email that my reservation is cancelled because I didn’t show up. Absolutely pathetic. I call customer service and they say no trucks available but then I used the app and got another truck… absolute shit show of a company

THOMAS SReserved 2 dollies and received a confirmation from a U-Haul representative confirming truck rental and dollies. She even confirmed that the dollies would be in the back of truck on pickup day. When I went to the facility to pick up truck I was told that the location doesn’t carry the equipment. Why was I able to reserve the dollies online if the location did not carry the equipment? I had to go purchase 2 Dollie’s that cost me over $100. The truck was filthy inside the cargo area, the interior windows were dirty , the air conditioning fan does not work so no air conditioning on the hottest day of the year., A drink cup was left inside cab from the previous renter and interior was dirty, Needless to say I am a very dissatisfied customer.
