Parking lot was overfilled with vehicles and made it hard to pull the truck in and find parking. Staff didn’t even check the vehicle on arrival, but we were sure to photograph and document everything. Whole situation was bad

Just a heads up the dolly and the pads were already out and used from the last person who rented the truck . We did not open them or use them.

Patrick BWas given incorrect information regarding fuel policy I was told since truck was empty picking up that of if I fueled up before returning I would get fully refunded, at drop off location I was told truck from dealer only require u to bring tank back full , the owner of that location refused to honor , the request from the pick up location, so I’m currently waiting for situation to resolved so I can get my money back , disappointed especially since gas prices are high , I paid more for gas then the truck rental
