Check in was suffering .The explanation is not sufficient and also there should be an option for not using the app. Before the reservation I filled payment and all information and before picking up the truck it was the same.
Ahmet EThe first comment I got was "Why are you dropping it of here"? The clerk had no idea and had to call his boss. He then told me to just drop it off next to a truck in the lot. No assistance at all. No receipt. The worst U-haul experience that I've had.

Thomas WWhen I got there, the guy behind the counter, didn’t know how to do the rental so we had to call somebody, also, I had rented with the reservation, a appliance, dolly, and they didn’t have it, I was told they were out of them, but, it was clear, that wasn’t the case, they just don’t carry them. The air conditioning worked and didn’t work periodically in the truck,
