Personnel in gas station who facilitate location to these trucks were about useless. The app was having major issues . Had to get on the phone with a rep to even get the keys etc. between receiving/pickup with the app and the personnel at gas station… it was a very poor experience

The app did not provide the code to the key. The customer service from the U-Haul was rude and non explanatory. The gas station said he cannot help yet being the one who ultimately had the key.

Lazaro AFirst, lost a lot of time, lock was in the wrong box, couldn’t get the key, then on the moment to return it, the app was charging me for gas after I left it with more gas than when I picked it up, then , i load all pictures the app asked me and have to wait for an hour for the app to loaded. Very disappointed.
