I picked up the rental van 3/22/2025 , used it for 4 hours and returned it around 11:55am . I asked the Marathon Gas(UHaul agent ) station attendant for final receipt of the total charges , he said that the person that will issue electronic receipt will be on duty at 3::00 pm , so I went home and waited for the receipt , at 3:30 pm I called the UHaul agent they didn’t answer my phone call , I called 4 more times , they didn’t answer my call , then my called started to go into voice mail , finally after calling 7 th time someone answerd the phone , by that time I was on my way to the UHaul agentes Gas Station , I had to drive 7 miles for them to give. Email receipt, 40 minutes waisted driving there and back . The agent was mute he didn’t apologize. Very POOR service * the deserve 1 star, I will never rent from them again or recommend anyone to rent from them .

Representatuve was best. My only suggestion is you all want to make sure no type of maintenance lights are on because if I was traveling alone without my husband or son I would have been nervous thinking air light on tires that tires might go out. Other than that it was perfect. Thank you so much.

The location was under constructions and difficult to get in and out. Gas station isn’t open only uhaul. I had the owner pull the truck out himself

I brought the truck back to the drop off location which happened to be a gas station. I filled the tank to exactly where it was when I picked it up 5/8 . The attendant told me to leave the truck right at the pump and bring him the key. I was accessed a fuel charge. Why????

Don’t sell your business to uhaul when the uhaul workers are actually gas station workers and don’t know what they are doing. This worker got in a heated argument with me because he wanted to feel as if he was right and he almost didn’t give me the truck until the manager told of the gas station called him if he needed help. You guys are trash for this experience. I also did not get a trolley or anything that I had requested

Uhaul representative / Cashier of gas station was difficult to understand and was unaware of my situation with the damaged trailer. Very poor performance overall from Uhaul and representation alike.

They staff seemed confused and were not customer service minded. I was not confident that my return was processed correctly. In fact, it took 3 days for my return to be posted to my account, and I was charged extra for fuel after they had me drive the truck around a loop a couple times trying to figure out where they wanted it parked.

They were not very helpful and expected me to figure out on my own how to back in the trailer and unhook it and then back up the truck all the way to the back of the building. They finally did it for me, but it was a very difficult process that took almost 30 minutes.

The inside of the box of the truck was full of dried mud and dirt. The ramp was even worse, it was full of mulch, dried mud, rocks all sorts of stuff. So we had to clean the truck before we could use it. Also the “On my phone pick up” at this location was nothing like the app talk about. Part way through the process it just stops working, like your done. But you still need your keys and you have not take the picture of the mileage or how much fuel is in the truck. So you go in to find out that you don’t do any of that you wasted your time with all that on the app.
