Alexis B.The inside of the box of the truck was full of dried mud and dirt. The ramp was even worse, it was full of mulch, dried mud, rocks all sorts of stuff. So we had to clean the truck before we could use it. Also the “On my phone pick up†at this location was nothing like the app talk about. Part way through the process it just stops working, like your done. But you still need your keys and you have not take the picture of the mileage or how much fuel is in the truck. So you go in to find out that you don't do any of that you wasted your time with all that on the app.
