The store clerk took over 30 minutes to figure out how to rent. He made 1 call to his boss for help he told him to call uhaul to help him. After that at the return the store clerk over charged me $117.00 He wasted lots of my time today and now I'm emailing you wasting more of my time. I'll never go back to that place to rent if I choose at all to rent again for uhaul. I'm not happy at all about having to delay my invoice to my employer to get reimbursed.
