I did the online process with the app and then it told me to go inside to get my key when I attempted to do that. The clerk told me he could cannot activate my truck. He tried to call an 800 number for help you got a voicemail so then I attempted to call the 800 number and they told me that I should just be able to pick up the key no problem. I did everything I was supposed to I then had to hand my phone over to the clerk where the U-Haul representative told him to hand me the key. I had the same problem returning my truck. It took extra time to start my moving day Also, the truck was fairly low on gas. I think the truck should come with at least a half a tank. I’ve never had this problem before moving is stressful enough and just did not help.
