The tire pressure light was on....tires were fine. Smelled like wet dog. A few Leaves in back. Dolly was there...yay! I had to get the van at 530am. Since the store was closed, I was allowed to get the key the night before. Thank you soooo much!!

I had the truck for 90 minutes and was charged for several days instead. Another phone call was made to try to fix it. Marathon Mobile staff did great. The U-Haul system not so much…

WELINGTON DYou bait and switched me from a $19.95/day rate to a $99/day rate!!! That's illegal. I signed up through the web site for a $19.95 per day, one-day rental. When I looked at the receipt before returning the van, I saw that the rate had changed to $99 per day. The inside of the cargo area was filthy. The two rear tires were low and set off the TPMS. I had to stop and put air in both rear tires to get the TPMS to go off. There was no windshield washer fluid in the reservoir. The people at the pickup and drop off place were not helpful when I complained about the bait and switch, basically throwing up their hands and saying they are just a third party and can't do anything about it. The app did not work when I tried to pick up the vehicle and when I tried to return the vehicle. What else can I say? Overall, a horrible, horrible experience! I'm surprised. I've never had these kinds of issues when renting from U-Haul before.
MARK DTook inordinate amour of time to get rental. Attendant took picture of my license on her personal phone and said it was via the U-Haul app. She was very unfamiliar with the process, yet was the store manager. I am not confident that my license was removed from Sue’s phone. The truck I rented only had 1/2 tank of fuel. I was charged for dolly rental when I was not given one. I would like the $7.00 credit back please. The return process took a long time to complete. Both people I dealt with were quite pleasant but I felt it was cumbersome process overall.
PAUL GFor the return I checked in 17 minutes late and was charged an extra day’s rate ($20). Maybe if I spent less time filling the gas I wouldn’t have been late.

KELSEY TI made a cash deposit and I didn't receive a refund of the amount in my account, I called, and still nothing, it was the 25th and still nothing, and I told them that I would pick it up in NH and deliver it to Framignham, I asked for 50 km, and they charged me a price that I don't agree with. But anyway, I just wanted my 52 dollars since they won't give me back the 100. I'm not satisfied

Kara DTruck floor was dirty, covered with some type of stone/sand dust. We had to unroll our carpets so that boxes and furniture wouldn’t get dirty. Also, blankets, which we reserved online, weren’t available.

John MWoman basically said we don't touch the UHauls, just let them be parked here. Filthy truck, we cleaned it including the exterior of the cab. It was parked literally 3" from the truck on the left and barely 8" from the right. Did not have the requested moving blankets, tried to get some at another big UHaul location...that looked fantastic! Nice man....no blankets, he was out. Why didn't that location come up as a pick up location for us, closer and I am sure would have been a better experience and you are welcome for the cleaned truck cab, inside and out.....never should we have had to do that! It was disgusting!

The person behind the desk had his buddy walk in the door without a reservation and take the only 20 foot truck with a 50 mile radius. He told me to stop asking questions when I was asked why he gave my truck away . I had to reschedule movers that I already paid for. He never apologized or anything he just walked outside and pretended to be on a phone call
