First of all the location was moved from the original pick up spot. If someone books a trailer and it’s confirmed at a location, then that’s where the trailer should be! When I picked the trailer up, I didn’t think it was going to be at a convenience store. The person there had no clue as to what he was doing in fact he asked me if I had brought my own tie-down straps at which point, I informed him that it should come with them. It was a very chaotic and unprofessional experience. The person never even came out to show me the trailer or ask if I had any questions about it as far as hook up went. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

The staff was unhelpful and uninterested. They charged me for furniture pads but they didn't have any and again didn't seem to care. I had to get Uhaul customer service to close out the rental. Uhaul is typically good to work with.....this location however was not
Robert ALeft turn signal needs repaired. Light works but flasher doesn’t operate.
John CU-Haul sent me to this location to pick up a truck. New Rental location and was not set up for paperwork yet. Had to do everything over the phone. Took longer than normal. I'm sure will be better next time.
