Easy drop-off, it is at a gas station so it makes it easy to top up the fuel tank. Parking could be tight if the place is full.

Have someone at the convenience store counter that is aware of how to book a rental. I was informed that the truck could be returned to any location, however that was not true. I ended up spending an extra hour, gas, and mileage to return the truck back to the original location because the person booked the reservation wrong, it just needed to be entered as a one way instead.

brandon sWhen I arrived to pick up the truck, the attendant just gave me the keys and said I am good to go. The attendant did not go over any truck rental issues such as asking for my drivers license or signing any papers. He never reviewed the mileage on the truck with me when I picked it up. U-Haul later called and did not realize I had picked up the truck. Then when I dropped the truck off, I was charged an extra 118 miles that I did not drive. This is absolutely ridiculous. This whole process was a disaster. It does not look very well for U-Haul. Just checked my notes because I have called several times.
