First, I will be calling UHaul to try to remedy these issues. 1. The attendant at the pick up location was not helpful at all. I recognize he is a middle man, but when I arrived, I had not realized there were several “pick-up” steps that needed to be completed. The attendant was no help. The fact that he has no knowledge of reservations or the ability to address issues, is problematic. 2. I wish I had gotten notification prior to my pickup of the steps I needed to complete in order to pick up. Even when I spoke on the phone two days before my reservation, the woman could have mentioned these things needed to be done, but she didn’t. 3. U-Haul cared enough about my reservation to call me two days ahead to ask me to take a smaller truck and change my pick up location. The woman told me she was entering in my account that I would only be charged $0.89/mile, but when it came time to pick up and drop off and pay the bill, of course I was charged $1.39. Could the attendant at the pick up location help me with that? Of course not. Am I picking up a truck to begin moving my house? Yes, and therefore I didn’t have time to investigate how to get in contact with someone so I could pay the proper amount that I was promised. Therefore, I just paid more so I could get on my way. All of these issues had already set me back about an hour on my very tight schedule. 4. I reserved a furniture dolly, but there was none available on the premises of my pick up location. Again, who can I contact to remedy this problem? No one. So I continued my move without all of the equipment that I had reserved. Again, the attendant was no help with this situation. 5. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would specifically not recommend the pickup location in Brickerville, PA. U-haul, do better.

Personnel interaction limited as he spoke limited English it seemed. This location is drop off as rep worked at the mini market (is not a typical U-Haul facility.

Easy drop-off, it is at a gas station so it makes it easy to top up the fuel tank. Parking could be tight if the place is full.

Have someone at the convenience store counter that is aware of how to book a rental. I was informed that the truck could be returned to any location, however that was not true. I ended up spending an extra hour, gas, and mileage to return the truck back to the original location because the person booked the reservation wrong, it just needed to be entered as a one way instead.

I paid to have an appliance dolly and never had one in the truck. I'm sure I'll never receive a refund for someone else's mistake.

When I arrived to pick up the truck, the attendant just gave me the keys and said I am good to go. The attendant did not go over any truck rental issues such as asking for my drivers license or signing any papers. He never reviewed the mileage on the truck with me when I picked it up. U-Haul later called and did not realize I had picked up the truck. Then when I dropped the truck off, I was charged an extra 118 miles that I did not drive. This is absolutely ridiculous. This whole process was a disaster. It does not look very well for U-Haul. Just checked my notes because I have called several times.

The truck was correct and nice. I needed an appliance cart and ordered one. I didn't get one, but they tried to rent me some moving blankets instead. What?
