So I went to pick up the UHaul and I had to wait for the guy to get off of his cell phone to help me. Then when I went out my rental was buried behind other trucks so I had to go back in and get the guy to move them. I got the truck and got to my first stop only to find that the hand cart and furniture pads I ordered were not in the truck. Any other time I have gotten a truck the equipment is either in the truck or it is handed to me. So I had to drive back and get them. The guy acted like he didn't know I ordered them, even though he went over what I ordered before I paid. The truck itself was shifting very rough and at times would not shift into gear and was emitting an awful smell. I get it that y'all have trucks and pick up locations everywhere but I guess I was expecting a bit more professionalism and a working truck, as I have experienced in the past. I am quite annoyed that I had to waste gas and mileage to go back and get equipment that was supposed to be in the truck but I guess that's my fault for assuming. I definitely will not be using this location again.

Website and on-line check-in were difficult to use. Truck worked well and cost was very reasonable. Manager at site was very helpful. Would definitely use again.

The app to confirm vehicle condition & mileage was a bit confusing to save pics but otherwise was easy to use. Overall experience was easy…from making a reservation to turn in.

When I arrived to pick up my rental, the staff were not familiar with running the rental desk. They said the person that usually runs it was out. After about 20 minutes, they asked if I could come back in an hour. I told them I had been dropped off and couldn't do that. They called the employee who runs the desk and he walked them through the process. I checked out 40 minutes later than expected. I was told to just take a photo of the gas gauge for reference and to bring it back with the same amount of fuel. I refueled the van upon return and turned in the keys. The man at the desk did not verify anything about the van while I was there. Later, I got a receipt that showed an additional charge for $10.50 for fuel! Outrageous! I have used the location twice before, but never again! Over $100 to rent a van for a few hours!

For starters,make sure the vehicle is safe to drive.A completely broken side view mirror swivel,which wasn't detectable until I was on the road,and which the proprietor admitted knowing about,can cause an accident.
