The online process to pick up the truck with the app did not work. I called the 800 number which suggested I use the website. I did, and boy does is have too many steps, plus customer service hangs up before I was done, leaving me to deal with it unassisted. The after business hours process needs to be overhauled! Have you heard of AI?

ANTHONY WLocation is convenient and I was glad they had vehicles available to pick up and drop off. Angelic is super bubbly and helpful! It’s a friendly voice over the phone and in person. She’s awesome! My only negative comment is the truck that was given to me. The right side mirror was broken that I could not adjust which made it hard to see. Trucks like that I would not schedule out for use till it’s been repaired for the customers safety. Other then that everything was great!

Ulysses HOne headlight was out. Part of headliner had fallen down seat and seat cover were ripped,. Air conditioner, squealed at certain settings. However,, the truck was easy to drive and the check in check out process what is efficient.

Deborah MThere was no information provided during the reservation process as to where to find the key for the vehicle before operating hours. Spent 25 minutes looking for key and trying to get someone by phone or by chat to find out key location in lock box and code. Upon returning vehicle, requested assistance from the woman on duty and although she saw the reservation on her computer she told me I had to check vehicle in on my phone. Phone process did not complete and I had to contact main UHaul number. Was told the manager, Jason, of this location would call me to discuss credits for the issues that I experienced, never received a phone call or email and received no credits on my invoice. Very disappointed with this experience as I have used UHaul in the past and had great experiences.

adolfo yThis really has less to do with the location than it was with my experience. It's safe to say it was one of if not the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a company and I'll probably never use Uhaual again or if I do I'll NEVER use the self service. I arrived at the location at 6pm and started the self service pick up. My wife had dropped me off, granted it was raining but I didn't think it would take very long. It was also my first time ever using the after hours pickup. The app could not pick up my location, I had all the permissions needed and the Uhaul app was update date but nothing, an after about 30 mins of trying I had to call customer service. During the call my phone died since I had just gotten off of work and luckily I messaged my wife to pick me up before it did. I charged my phone and attempted again but I was locked out of my account so I had to call customer service again. Finally they unlocked my account and I was able to proceed so she hung up. But then I couldn't scan the back of my license and it was going on 8pm. My pick up was for 6pm and my kids where in the car with my wife and I so had to take them home. On my way home I had to give customer service another call. She told me I was locked out of my account again unlocked it and told me I had be at the location for the upload of my ID to work. She stayed on the phone with me until I got back to the location and tried to walk me through scanning the back of my ID again. I got locked out of my account for the 3 time just when she told me to use a web browser instead of the app. Finally after over 2 hrs I was able to pick up my uhaul. The Uhaul was in okay condition but it made noises the entire time driving and I'd recommend a mechanic look at it because it didn't seem like it was running as it should be. Overall I've never had an experience like this before and I don't think I'll ever use a Uhaul again. I will say one thing all the customer service agent's I spoke to were wonderful and very understanding considering how angry I was at the time.
Elijah BFor the location, it is what it is. Friendly staff, old tired truck, bad front end, poor braking in rain. However if I had to, would rent there again, BUT would check truck FIRST. Also check in miles were 200 + over actual ! Glad I caught it.
Steven SThe truck was clean but the drivers door would not close completely and while I was driving in the pouring rain I got soaked from the rain coming in the door and running down the seatbelt and soaking my shirt and lap!!! terrible experience for very basic expectation of staying dry while INSIDE the truck!

Victor LThis location has poor service and it took over an hour to complete the process then same thing when dropping off. Did this 2 days ago and had to rent again. The app is trash and the process takes so long it cuts into your time. Currently sitting on hold waiting for a 24/7 share rep to help as it says error. The better not charge me as I'm sitting in this truck waiting. It is not convenient!!! Then at one point it said 230 miles. I went up the road
