U-Haul had me go out of my way for load share. I also had to go out of my way to pick up the truck cause the original location did not have one for me when preserved a month in advance. I returned the U-Haul with more gas then what was left for me and this location still charged me extra for fuel.

Customer service was excellent and the customer service rep couldn't be better. she was very helpful and answered all my questions about renting the truck.
