They were not open on Sunday. I spoke with 2 reps on the phone Sunday while I was trying to return the truck and trailer and neither one inform me that I had to use the app to check equipment in. I was at the drop off almost 1 hr before my 24 hr use time. The drop charged me $135 dollars extra. I had already paid $315 to rent the equipment. This company scammed my money this is not acceptable. I had the worst experience ever
DANIELLE RThis was above and beyond the worst experience I have ever had…Not a single thing I was told was correct. I was moved to pick up at this location and assured it was an in person pickup only to arrive and find the location closed. After being forced to use the App for pickup and take all the ridiculous photos, records were still not updated to reflect the actual amount of gas.

Jessie RVery disappointing that we were price gouged so bad by U-haul to bring a trailer back to Texas. Will likely not use U-haul again and just buy a trailer in the future. Roughly 70$ to rent from Tx to Ca and $600+ to go back. You got me but it wont happen again.

Nicollette GI was unable to get verified for over 2 hours. My reservation was rescheduled twice, i didn't make it where i needed to be on time. I always rent from Uhaul but this last experience really has me wanting to rent some where else. It was just horrible.

Maria LFor starters, The truck check engine light came on and the truck was shimmering and smelled horrible through the vents. I attempted to ask for a replacement because I just rented it 30min prior. The rep Shannon advised me that I couldn't get my vehicle replaced even though I just picked it up it was mandatory to call roadside assistance first before I could get another truck.. Then I was told by the repair tech onsite at my residents to test drive it and see if the light came back on. He proceeded to mention that the O2 sensor was the problem. From my many years of experience with cars.. the O2 sensor provides oxygen to the engine, and will affect the miles per gallon i believe I was over charged for these miles by having a malfunctioning vehicle. Honestly this was the worst experience that I've ever had. I originally needed 3 days for my rental, but there was no way I was going to continue with this type of service I was told someone would reach out to me and I have not herd as much as a email. No way was this customer service.
Christopher HVery rude man by name of Shawn Gave us U haul with no air 110 degrees outside Didn’t bother telling us When I called after I left he was rude and told me that they do tire & auto to call UHAUL I’m holding up his line for customers, UHAUL said he needed to handle it By them it was too late we were stuck with truck Will NEVER go back to MARIPOSA TIRE & AUTO in Hesperia

Jeffery OThey don’t allow you to park on the lot for uhaul. You have to park off property in a dirt lot. I don’t understand why they can’t allow their customers to park and leave their vehicle in a safe matter while renting their equipment. Instead you leave your car in a dirt lot off the main road where any damage can happen, theft, or even towed because you are parking illegally.
Aaron EThis location did not have their "U haul person" on site during business hours. I had to call regional customer support for assistance regarding the drop off because the person that answered the phone said there was no room for the U Haul at their location. Customer support made me drop it off there regardless because there was a rental reserved for the truck the next morning at that location. I wanted to drop it off at a nearby location that was open later, but Regional Customer Support said that was not possible. I had to use the after hours drop off because, again, their U Haul guy wasn't there during business hours. It was a very confusing experience. I would never drop off at this location again.
Austin HI was 10min late and waited for my ride another 20min and they charged me a late fee. This location has no sense of customer service. I rent always the have never treated me in this matter no consideration or regard to guest service.

Salvador RWe had to drop off after hours. No where to really park. Difficult to find. Then they reported that I did not turn truck in which I find difficult for them to miss 26 ft. Truck we turned it I. The evening before it was due.

Vardan SComputer problems with facility couldn't log in for my 30 day free rental had to use the only one we had left from March. Hope to possibly be able to extend the rental storage unit we received at closest available locatiion Moreno Valley, Ca . Spruce St. Was the drop off. Spruce was to deduct mileage.
STEPHEN AThe gentleman that assisted me was very friendly and helpful. The only problem that I can say is that the passengers running light for the Tow dolly didn't work. Other than that my overall experience was great!

Arleen SAll the Uhaul personnel that helped me were great. I do however need to vent - I was told to pick up the equipment in one location and then was told two days prior to picking it up that I needed to drive 50 miles to another location - 100 mile round trip! Not happy about that. Also, and I get the fact that all your equipment has been moving East, but to charge me $1500.00 to take a 5x8 trailer from West coast to East coast is kinda highway robbery! Last year I did the exact reverse trip, driving a 4x8 trailer from East coast to West coast and it was only $160.00!! Again, I know you are dealing with equipment logistics, but to charge me TEN TIMES MORE is just hard to swallow. I have been a regular customer of Uhaul, but this left a pretty bad taste in my mouth for your company. Thanks for listening.

I do not have a cell phone asb was at risk of no mr being able to rent due to no texting. Also I do no t like my personal info on other people’s cell phone as she had to take a pic of my license …. I won’t rent from uhaul again because of this.

Richard CEmbarrassing moment due to poor customer services, owner call the police on us when we were self checking the truck, 3 car police and the helicopter show up and make us look like criminals, your system is terrible bad, we spent $120 and we don’t even have an apology from the owner location or uhal, no good, bad really poor service. Really bad experience

Steven MThe representative for U-haul wasn’t there when I picked the truck up nor was her there when I dropped it off. There where multiple problems including being over charged. When I contacted the corporate office the representative call that U-haul location and he told the costumer service representative from corporate that “there’s nothing he can do”, re the gas level. The truck was at 1/4 of a tank and I returned it 1/2 of a tank. He didn’t care I was charged another day nor did he care that I was being over charged. The regional manager was actually in office and took my complaint re this location. The corporate office was wonderful and solved all my issues in 5 minutes, I was literally on the phone from 8:00am this morning until noon.
