I made a mistake on the survey for the ither piece of equipment I rented. The trailer i picked up at knr automotive. They had the utility dolly I needed and reserved and I wrote that they didn't. This is the location that did not have it.

Even tho there was several hick ups. The se5vice was great and the gentleman checking me in went above and beyond to get me out quickly.

I spoke with 2 reps on the phone Sunday while I was trying to return the truck and trailer and neither one inform me that I had to use the app to check equipment in. I was at the drop off almost 1 hr before my 24 hr use time. The drop charged me $135 dollars extra. I had already paid $315 to rent the equipment. This company scammed my money this is not acceptable. I had the worst experience ever
