all I had to do at this location was drop off my trailer. It’s super easy. They give me a nice easy pull through spot to unhitch. For the quick conversation I had with the staff they were super friendly!
I would have no problem renting from this location.

The straps on the car trailer were VERY short. To the point that they were almost not able to be fed through to lock it in. Very dangerous and made us feel uncomfortable driving 600+ miles

Dealer was polite but had a mouth full of chewing tobacco drool running out side of his mouth rather gross should when dealing with customers spit out his chew and be able to talk without brown skittle rolling down his face.

I was more confused trying to get the code on my phone than anything and u-haul.com walked me through and they were so helpful. At the location it was great except because of the day we chose to pick it up was when I panicked but thanks to the u-haul company it worked out great.

our checkin was suppose to be completed on line with our phones. Sunday drop off... site declined my card, then called waited, the gentleman couldn't help transferred us... she was able to help , but had to redo everything one more time. took 45 minutes...

Staff took along time to acknowledge my first arrival. Too busy bullshitting with other employees.
Business entrance was very dirty. It’s ok to dust in there once every 10 years. Display tires were yellow from never being cleaned.
Computer system was very slow.
They sent out a kid to hook up my autotransport and he had no idea how to hook it up safely, not trained at all, had to re do everything he did.
The owner/employees give the impression/perceptions they are lazy and don’t care about the business.
Clean your stuff up snd train your employees

Had a terrible time dropping off the trailer. They put me in a city with no address to drop had to call and wait about an hour just to be told I had to go to another city. Very frustrating
