The drop off was an empty lot. The only way a renter would know that was a drop off location was if other uhaul trailers were available as it was unmarked.

BLAINE LTook a couple of days to check it in but everything else went smoothly.
Lane DThe drop-off of the 10-ft truck was done Friday evening or Saturday morning when Mark's Tire was closed. However, I had previous interactions with the personnel at Mark's Tire in-person and by phone and found them to be very helpful.
vicki GI was not sure where the main office was. I dropped it off at hours after the location was closed. I just parked where the rest of the trucks were parked.
