My only complaint is that the truck had a very strong cigarette smell which after driving it for 9 hours really affected my Asthma! I am still struggling with my breathing. It would be nice for Uhaul to offer a non smoking option in the future.Stephanie M.

I brought back the trailer the night I rented it. I got there just before closing time and they said they would check in the trailer first thing in the morning when it was due. They did not. So I drove back to the store and checked the trailer and online the next day because the store was closed. I am still trying to figure out whether or not they are trying to bill me for two days. I rent a lot from U-Haul and this is the first bad experience I've had in a long timeWilliam C.

It rained while traveling. When we got to hotel and got suitcase out of Uhaul it was wet and everything in the suitcase was wet. The suitcase was at the tailgate so I could get it out easily. Then the next day when we got to Greeneville, TN and unloaded the couch was wet. The couch was at the very front of Uhaul. We are not happy about this and would like a refund.Larry M.

Two 18 wheelers blocked my entrance to the location. I was informed that was not supposed to happen. Checkout was slower than I thought it should be. Masks were supposedly required to enter the facility but someone entered without one.Joe A.

I had to follow the UHaul agent 5 miles to an offsite storage site, in an RV I had just purchased, even though there were tow dollies onsite. The agent should have had it onsite, he had all the specs on the vehicles towing and being towed. Otherwise it went smoothly.John L.

This business needs to be located at it's overflow location. It is so crowded at that Chevron that people have to move and park in different spots in order for you to get your vehicle AND the u-haul equipment. Our tow dolly for my car was BROKEN. The ramps were tied up with a wire and came off driving down the road. Also, the strap on the right tire came off during transit. We had to stop on our trip about 8 different times to fix everything. Better pay attention because they don't want to show you how to use the equipment.Stephanie H.

I ordered 2 dozen blankets but did not receive. Notification they were not available would have been nice when I called to confirm. I was moving antique furniture and had no protection for it because I no time to make other arrangements. One piece is badly scratched. You should have notified me. You also changed the reservation name to driver as opposed to me. When I called to confirm, they could not find my reservation. Thankfully we thought to look under drivers name. Frances Smithcaleb P.
It was a little tight coming right off the Highway and sharing space with a 12 pump super station along with a tow service. The staff was all very helpful.Kevin M.
The experience was great although I did have to wait a long time to check in even though I did get everything organized online. The gentleman that helped me was wonderful the other lady that was there was very slow with a few customers and I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes before I can even get checked in. Have a facility that doesn't look like a bomb went off in the lobby. The staff was friendly enough, but seemed utterly uninterested in me telling them where I had dropped off the trailer. They were just like, "Ok. Fine. We don't need any paperwork or anything." It was not very assuring.Daniel S.

There was a sign saying that they were full and I need to drop off somewhere else. Fortunately, since it was a tow dolly they let me drop off there. They were packed so they werent kidding but contacting me ahead of time would have saved me a lot of grief. To be clear, these folks were very nice and helpful. I think there is an improve communication theme here that if you are truly looking for ways to improve I have given you one.Randall H.
