This was my first time renting a U-Haul trailer. We got a 4x8. Everything worked beautifully. No complaints. Would happily rent this unit from this location again.

Betty MThe location didn't have the furniture pads or the appliance hand truck that I had reserved and I didn't find that out until I arrived. U-haul needs to do a better job of letting customers know that before they arrive to pick up equipment. I ended up having to buy my own furniture pads so I would have something to wrap the furniture with. Luckily the location at least had a regular hand truck that I could use but that was less than ideal
