It was dark so I could not see much; however, the key drop box was in a neat and clean area. The person on site was very helpful in assisting me in making sure the uhaul truck was secure.

Trina LThe location is in the middle of nowhere, dark and no directional signage available on how/where to drop off the trailer. We were kind of worried leaving the trailer unlocked in an empty field, but luckily we received a receipt the following day. Surprised this is the best location near a big university.
Amber WIt was after 4pm and nobody was there. I dropped it off the same day and was still charged for 2 days. Left the vehicle swept and clean and did not see the advertised refund. The No answers were due to nobody there at 8pm

PAUL VFuel leak on the truck, Truck cab reeked of cigarette smoke, NO blankets, NO furniture dolly, NO utility dolly, even though we reserved over i month in advance .... and NO ONE contacted us to let us know these items would not be available.

CASEY WI was upset I was charged for wrong location. The U-Haul attendant in Alabama told me that I can drop it off at the nearest location. I dropped it off at the nearest location and I was charged 127.00. I should have been told that up front. This is not a good way to do business.
