We could book this particular trailer to be available in Stratford. We got a phone call to be redirected for pick up in Baden. The trailer had the 4 pin flat connector, for which we need an adapter. The lady at the counter offered us to sell an adapter for $ 30. That is more than the trailer rental! I think you should have some adapters available to use, maybe with a safety deposit. Especially since you ask very specific about make and model of the towing vehicle, . That would be customer friendly and very easy to do!

I have the app and use U-Haul very often but had to discuss with the rep on the phone to update more information, you allow self pickup and drop off but when you get a customer on the phone you make them feel like criminals

There was no selection. We needed a van for an hour to move a fridge 7 kms. They had a cube van and charged us $53. Absolutely ridiculous. Wont us this place again

I got very bad experience renting u-haul I booked for 2 days and when I got there they said it is only for 1 day I call twice when I book a week ago to confirm that. I was told that u- haul do messed up the booking most of the time but I just I saw what I heard your service is very important for your customer pleas be accurate and loyal for the future.

This was the second location I had to go to in order to pick up the truck. I spent 11 am to 1230pm only July 20, 2024 at the first location, where they could not find the key before sending me to a different location. Which was 25 minutes drive for me to get to, and on top of it, instead of a one way trip, I had to drive all the way back to the second location to drop off the truck. It was an absolute nightmare of an experience, I don't think I would ever use uhual again to be honest. The only redeeming quality was "Jack" who helped resolve the issues as best they could. The customer service was not helpful, as they kept on insisting 50.00 was the only thing they could give for not having the reserved truck ready, and no compensation for my time wasted, my moving team (hired movers who was scheduled from 1130 to 230) who had to go to their next appointment, and I still had to pay them for their time because they were technically ready to help move, delay in my entire day, my waste of time driving to and from My new location (hamilton) back to the truck pick up (Baden), and back to hamilton again. The gas that I put into the truck, and on top of that, the app states I would have to pay an additional 35.00 for not filling up the truck to the same levels as before, though I did take a picture of before driving off (at pick up) and I brought the gas levels back to the same amount. All in all, a horrid experience
