Originally booked the truck at the New Hamburg location. When we arrived, we were told the person who had it had extended there time by 1 day and the truck was not available. I had booked this truck nearly a week ago for 8:30am. After some time on the phone, we were told there was a truck for us at the Baden location, so we had to travel there to get a truck which caused delay to our plans for the day. Overall it was an ok experience however, we expected a truck to be available when we had made a reservation and at no time did someone reach out to say we would need to go to another location to get a truck. Overall not a great start to the experience.
Brian DNeed to get more 6×12 trailers with ramps in Stratford Ontario. And put some grease in that dam trailer jack hard as hell to put the jack up when u can hardly turn it
KEVIN JThe service at the location was good once we got there, however, I requested a keyless transaction for 6:30 at a location a minute from my house. The day prior I was told o was switched to this location. When I arrived at my confirmed time of 6:30 am, I discovered I wasn’t assigned the truck so I had to come back at 8:30 am when the store opened. I was also told I’d have a utility dolly but had to use a bigger appliance dolly. I was completely inconvenienced and there was no recognition of this at all.
JANE FThe trailer i rented was full of snow and I had to clean it out. It took 30 mins as the whole box was full of compacted snow. I can share pictures if you would like to see them
