The Original Transport I rented was listed as stolen by the Houston Police Dept, I was detained by Texas DPS for over and hour. They originally told me I was being arrested and the truck and trailer where being towed, they agreed to release me but they towed the transport.

The air conditioning on the truck stopped working just west of Salina Kansas which resulted in a sweltering 8 hour remaining drive to Cheyenne Wyoming.

They lady was very nice and helpful. The only issue was the computer system kept freezing and shut down 3 times while running my credit card. She had to put in all of my information in again each time was made the process take an hour to get through.

They tell you to call if there's any problems and we had a flat and 4 hrs later and 3 companies dispatched and no one showed up. We were not in a safe location once the sun set and U-Haul road side didn't care, they were of no help. Was on hold for over an hour trying to speak to them. Had to buy a new tire because they never showed up. It's pending whether or now to be reimbursed. Very poor customer service

I wanted to rent an appliance dolly but there were none available so instead I rented a utility dolly and the truck we wanted to rent was available but it was the only truck at the location. We managed with the utility dolly but the appliance dolly would have been much easier for us to move awkward and heavy objects. So one thing that would improve the experience is more selection in trucks and equipment. The owner was very helpful and pleasant.

My original pick-up location was the U-Haul store in Victoria, Texas. I live 2.5 hours away in Houston and prior to leaving, I called the store to see if my truck was available. The Victoria store informed me it I was lucky to have called since they did not have a truck available (despite having reserved it five days prior). They sent me to customer service who then found another truck in nearby Port Lavaca (45 minutes away). My complaint is that no one from the Victoria U-Haul store bothered to call me ahead of time to tell me that they did not have a truck for me. This is very bad business! They didn't even apologize.

Dropped trailer off in rain. Nobody was there. I called the number on the locked door to advise. They returned call and advised that I would be charged for missing dolly and blankets, which were accidentally left in Kansas City. They told me to return them to a Kansas City location when I returned and I would be refunded. When I returned them on my return, I was told that I would be charged for rental fees for the six days that I had them after I was charged for them. I was NEVER informed that there would be a rental charge, or I would have arranged for someone to go to my home in Kansas City and return them that day! Extremely poor customer service in Kansas City.
