The woman running this location was horribly rude and offensive. I was running late and she spoke to me like a child without even knowing my situation and then hung up on me while i was talking. Once there, i discovered my equipment wasnt even ready for me. Then as an excuse for her inability to operate her technology, she began lecturing me thru bible scripture, She has politically offensive material on her walls and insisted that if I didn't agree with her religion or politics, I was wrong. I can't believe they're still in business!!!

The truck was dirty on the inside and windshield was filthy and covered in bugs. There was no windshield washer fluid in the truck so could not even try to to clean. When was able to stop somewhere and clean the windshield it took almost 20 minutes to get the windows clean enough to feel safe driving down the road and pulling a trailer with a $40k car on it. When I inspected the trailer it had a flat tire. The tire was completely blown out and had no inner tire wall left

Rich SThe U-Haul call number gave me 2 places to drop off and there was no body at either location. I had to ask a stranger to help me remove the trailer from my vehicle. Also the address on 915 hwy 35 n Port Lavaca is incorrect. I had to drive around looking for the correct location.
