We almost lost our car less than two hours into our trip. We had to go to Butte U-Haul Super Store , where the folks said the car was not secured properly. Which was done by pick-up location in Pablo, MT. Car dolly was replaced by auto transport by the Butte store, Russ was fantastic in helping us resume our trip safely. All these events are documented in the U-Haul darabase system.

Was supposed to drop off at St Regis and then was told I needed to drop it off at another location which all were at least twice the distance. No notice, even had a phone call confirming drop off was St Regis. Found out when I called to confirm that drop off site was St. Regis and was then told that St Regis was not taking any trailers and haven’t been for a while now. Very disappointed in this. Nobody there to help. Self check out and self return. The cell coverage is bad at best. Makes it really hard to download pictures and even pull up the website. If they upgraded the wifi system then it may work out better. I’m old fashion, I want someone there to handle all that. If I’m going to do all the work for them then there should be a reduced rate.

I’m not a fan of doing everything on a phone and not talking to anyone. My cell service was not good at the location so going through it was super slow. The property looked great but didn’t talk to anyone.

No one there, no one answered the phone when we called. Left the trailer there in good condition. Hope someone checks on it later i guess.

The location lied about the amount of gas I returned the vehicle with and charged me nearly $100 extra saying that I returned it with 1/4 tank less than I did. I have a picture of the gas meter upon return indicating that I filled it to the amount required.

We brought back with 1/4 tank of gas and they put on receipt that it was 1/8 and charged us additional $65. For us to pay for the gas to fill it up? I will be calling them

The location was incorrect according to Apple Maps but I think we figured out the Google map was better. Basically, keep heading north on 93 towards Polson from there the map took you. It’s there.

The trailer I rented had a flat and they sent out a person to replace the tire. They were fast and professional and I am very satisfied with the company

Sketchy camper guy in broken down motor home made family members feel unsafe, although he was kind. Wouldn’t recommend if person had to leave car until drop off. Owners are nice as heck.

Was VERY disappointed I was not allowed to use my 2022 maverick (that is Rated for 4000 tow capacity….verified with VIN)……not allowed to tow my nephews broken down 2016 town/country van…..with a uhaul car dolly. I had to spend a lot of extra money to rent a uhaul truck, in addition to the uhaul car dolly.

I tried calling several times and never spoke to anyone. I rushed to get the trailer back on time, called you haul. The noted the account that I was on time and still this location charged me for no reason which put me in a bind. Shitty

The address that you have published is Ronan, MT. My GPS could not find that address. It is more a mailing address then a physical address. The U-Haul facility is actually in Pablo, MT. I had to stop in Ronan and call to get the correct address directions.

I should not have been charged the full amount due to a severe winter storm that stranded me in a town 4 hours away from the store location where I rented the car hauler trailer. These folks do not answer text messages, or even voice mail messages. I would recommend going to another U-Haul location if possible. VERY POOR SERVICE

new location--so checkout experience was marginal. very slow due to limited connectivity (using personal cell phone as hot spot) to try do do the electronic checkout. No blankets available--wanted some, but none there.

Find out if the drop off place accepts trailers. The first place didn't. So off we go to another place 15 miles away. Only to find out that it's shut down and the new place isn't even ready yet. Luckily the old owner said drop it here and I'll contact a agent to check it in. I'm so thankful to him, because the next place was 50miles away. I think corporate Uhaul should check with there agents every once in a while to find out their status!

The normal workers had an appointment but made sure another person was available so we could return the trailer. He removed the trailer from our car very efficiently. He was professional and friendly.

Very helpful and conscientious people (husband and wife) who operated the rental. They made every effort to ensure that things were properly fastened and operational. They went out of their way to make sure the electrical connection was secure.
