The location is open until 6 PM, but trucks can only be returned until 5:30 PM. That is inconsistent.JAVIER R.
Great experience. The marymoor self storage rep, I believe his name was Adam, was such a pleasure to work with. The Uhaul branch locations have never given this great of an experience. I recommend changing your values or enforcing them more at your Uhaul branches - those people are never nice. The Uhaul app didn't work for mobile pickup on my phone. It got stuck at a white screen after logging in and trying to start the pickup process. I had location enabled. It also didn't work in Safari. I enabled location access, but the Uhaul site couldn't detect my location. Thankfully, I could use my partner's phone, and the app finally worked there. For users, consider bringing a backup phone! And for Uhaul, consider allowing people to test their app for pickup in advance to save time.Rigel C.

You take the rent for the truck, you charge for the fuel or ask us to fill it to the same level as we take. Plus you charge 1.39 per mile, which is very high and I would like & recommend to others.Vivek N.
The uhaul website went down right as I was trying to pick up my truck. I was unable to complete my payment and receive the lock box code. I had to frantically constantly refresh the website hoping to get through. It was very stressful since my move was on a tight timeline and I received my truck over a half hour my scheduled reservation.Kevin M.

I have tried reaching out since I returned the Uhaul truck. The truck ran so poorly I was worried it would fall apart. I could barely get above 40 and it was making strange sounds the whole time. I wasted so much money and had a terrifying experience.Dagny H.

It took nearly 10 minutes to get the simple letter combination lockbox to eventually open. Very frustrating. I can see the need for all the verification pictures but it does seem a bit much especially when my phone was in dire need of a charge. What if my phone died or there was no connection at the drop site? Then what/Jeff D.

Due to the fact I'm 70 years old and very concerned about COVID-19, I called twice and requested the truck I rented be cleaned. When I picked up the truck the lady at the front desk told me it had been cleaned so that was the 3rd time I asked. The truck was filthy inside. I had to clean the seats before sitting in them as there was mud on both seats. The floors were unbelievable dirty. They changed my location to pick up the truck in less than a 24 hour notice. I misplaced the truck key (my fault) and had to have a company come to my location and make a brand new key. I was informed by U-Haul Customer Service Team that the U-Haul facility I rented the truck from would have a spare key. They don't keep spare keys!!! Unbelievable since it would be so easy for a key to get misplaced. This cost me $208 extra dollars but it was my faulty I misplaced the key. However U-haul got a brand new key so when I asked for a discount to help me out, they said "no". The truck worked for my needs but not sure I would use U-Haul again.Shirley P.

They have charged me extra for fuel even though I have already filled fuel before returning the truck. I have receipt for the fuel filled. I used only 13 miles still filled 2 galloon fuel however they charged me extra 8 dollars for fuel. This is unsatisfactory and totally not acceptable.Jeyakumar P.

Worst move ever! I hired movers through U-haul... Apparently U-Haul subcontracts it out. Two guys showed up late- one of them was a child, maybe 14 at most!! He was unable to help, and I was worried he would become injured!! They were absolutely ridiculously slow and it took them twice as many hours as I hired them for !! DO NOT USE UHAUL FOR YOUR MOVERS!Jana K.
