The one employee had left the office at our reservation time for picking up our truck. He returned 15 minutes after our scheduled pick up time and didn't apologize for leaving or not being available at the time we had reserved. We have rented from this location before but will never do so again.

I originally made a reservation thru redway storage which is a sister location to the Marymoor facility. Both are owned by west coast. The process at redway was very slow, and although I had a reservation they initially said there was no truck, even thru three were sitting on the lot and no other customers were waiting. The desk finally agreed to giving us a truck after finding out that the conflicting reservation was for the next day. We completed paperwork and found that truck had less than a quarter tank of gas. More troubling was that the check engine light was displaying. We went back to office but they were closed for a break we waited 15 - 20 min for them to return. They were not able to give us another truck from the ones sitting there and we had to go to the marymoor facility. When we arrived the prices were higher so we had to wait while it was sorted out. Were spent over on hour trying to actually get the truck - we had to pay our movers for extra time due to the delays
angie wWe took pictures on our own before we left the pickup site. We didn’t know that we would be prompted to load photos via a link in a text message (which we didn’t see until after we started driving). We didn’t find a way to load existing pictures. That was the only glitch.
chris sThe lady did not put the key out so our 830 pick up became 1030. They did not have the furniture pads we ordered either. It caused us to miss our elevator reservation.
Alexandra WThe check out person at the Sammamish location seemed completely un-oriented or new. She could not explain the process or charges for the rental. The return location in Everett was great.
