Belinda KThere's barely any cell coverage in the area which drastically affects the online checking-in, pick-up and return processes. It was a huge struggle! There's also no parking to leave your car while picking up and using the U-Haul truck. (I had to ask for a favor to get me access). These are two very important and lacking services at this location. I would personally plan my rental better to avoid going there again. Otherwise, it's a not-so-bad option in a pinch.
Dawit TMary was excellent. She helped me at a lot. I cannot remember the gentlemen’s name on site but he was a lot of help as well. My reservation with U-Haul wasn’t working out well but once the primary location I had originally reserved out of transferred me to her, it ended being the friendliest and best customer service experience.

Kyle WNothing short of greeting me with a cup of coffee. The young lady was friendly even though I was early. Very helpful and answered all my questions. Her friend quickly hooked me up, made sure lites were working then sent us on our way. Very professional and very courteous. My wife and I will definitely use them again.

Mayra WThis location was way out in the boondocks. 35 miles east of where I needed to drop off. If I had known where the location was before agreeing to drop off there. I never would have agreed to drop there.
Walter WI was told by where I rented the uhaul that I could drop off at any location. I wanted to drop off anywhere. I got a call to drop it off at this location as it was rented. I was kind of amazed that I was told this as I have always dropped off at any location. Had I known the location she requested was 20 miles away and not as close as the one I wanted to drop off I would have declined. I have definitely learned from my experience. Nothing bad happened just caused me to travel a lot farther than I needed to to convience this dealer.
