Get the mobile pick up app work and properly I have tried to use it probably six or seven times and have not been able to properly do it but maybe two or three times without having to call somebody to either come back to the office after hours or wait until they got there so that I could check out the truck it took me an hour and a half to get that truck signed out the other day and I still wasn't able to do it online I had to wait until the lady got in the office and then I never get insurance on them and it added Insurance she said that I said I wanted it but I have rented several trucks from you over the years and have never gotten insurance the lady said she wasn't going to cancel it but I had to pay it but I have already spoke to the district manager JD and we already approved it cuz I did a customer action before I return the truck I called every day and they were unable to change the contract and take it off so they said that I could dispute it at the end while I didn't want to dispute it because I didn't want anybody to not approve it but hopefully it was handled we'll see when I get my credit if I get my credit
