The man stole my money. Paid for the truck to be extended and he refused to let us take it. Called me a “cunt” and told me he was going to punch me in my mouth in front of my child. Had to call the police so he didn’t destroy my property that was already loaded into the truck. This location should be shut down, that man is violent and belongs in jail for threatening a mother in front of her 2 year old. Terrible scary experience, I’d like a refund considering I couldn’t even use the truck. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION he is a thief, violent, and a scammer.

Theresa WI went there to rent a 26 foot truck, but when I got there they noticed a leak in the roof and told me about it immediately. They offered me another truck and made sure I didn't have to pay too much for it. Pick up and drop off we're both very easy. Great service from the morning crew and the evening crew!

DARREN CP/U Agent either needs more training or better computer equipment. It wasn't clear that details will be worked out at pickup. The extra blankets was a nice touch. Drop off was very simple.

PAUL HI was having a frustrating experience until Latosha Gordon became involved and then my experience went from Zero to Hero. She provided the best customer service I've had in many, many years. I kept calling The The Beech Grove location and getting a fast busy signal. Apparently they, dont have a working phone number so I went in person to make a reservation. The day before our move with hired help, I was notified by the scheduler that my reserved truck was rented out to someone else and I would have to go to another location farther away! I was upset and stressed, but U-Haul would not fix it. Latosha got involved in my case and even offered to pick up a truck at the farther location and bring it back to Beech Grove for FREE and they told her no. But she understands that taking care of the customer makes good business sense and she was able to get us a truck. I would recommend your business to a friend only as long as they can work with Latosha.

But, The problems that were above and beyond their control Aunt caused at a corporate level along with another rental gone bad, at your East Street location in Indianapolis, again from lack of corporate support and ridiculous policies and procedure, it is with a sad heart that I will be taking My future personal and business needs related to your industry to a different provider Again, your staff, you have both locations. Not only did a great job for you in spite of the conditions they work under, they exceeded them! Sorry ladies and gentlemen, you are not the company you used to be. Maybe you like others need to go back and read the original purpose statement of your organization. My Google ratings says that I have made about 500 contributions with over 589,000 views. Sorry guys, the years will be going down dramatically!

will bThe vehicle was is poor condition. The driver door did not fully close and the cabin was not water tight. The steering wheel, dash, door handles, and seats were soaked after a moderate rainfall. The service at location was average.
ANDREW WThe owners at this location were extremely generous, nice, and helpful. I would recommend doing business with them. U-haul as a company is a whole other situation. I never received an email confirmation for my truck location and the app I was told to use did not work. Latoscha had to go in the system and correct the spelling of my name in order to receive an email confirmation. After I dropped off the truck on time, U-haul called me at 8:15 in the morning stating that I didn't drop the truck when I did. Horrible experience dealing with U-haul directly, but Latosha and her husband at the Massachusetts Avenue location made the experience tolerable.

KIENU BThe truck drove horrible I got over charged my truck rate was 29.99 but had a rental rate of 59.00 I decline the insurance I thought but $30 was still taken out and then when I was trying to return the truck and do the online return it kept saying my miles I ended with was lesser than the ones I started with so I couldnt check it back in right and they charged me the $20 for them to verify but I have pictures of me trying check it in
Adreian EThe representative came out as I was unloading, helped (in the miserable weather) secure the ramps, and assured me I could just leave the rig there and leave, and he would take it from there. The next morning I had my emailed receipt and the transaction was done. Thanks!
Monty EAgain, this location required me to drive past two other UHaul locations nearer my destination point. It appears that pick up and drop off locations are chosen for the convenience of UHaul rather than the customer.
gerald bLaTosha was so amazing. This was my first time using a U-Haul and I didn’t do my reservation correctly. She took the time to explain to me what I needed to do and was so motherly and patient with giving advice on how to pack and stuff the U-Haul. I’d recommend this place to my mother!

Randall MNot sure if this is a regular occurrence, but there was a dog in the lot barking at us. It then ran behind a fence. Then a man came from behind the fence with a baseball bat and was banging it. Scared my daughter and I so we dropped the key in fast and took off. Our drop off time was about 11:30 pm.
