Switch to modulate heat/cooling didn't work. It was stuck on heat. Radio didn't work well- lots of static. Truck was clean - just needed some work as noted above. Other than that, everything was fine.
DAVID MEmployee was upset the entire time and complaining about not having any help. I was the only person in line while she was complaining. She then could not get the U-Haul out of its spot because she couldn’t find the keys to the one blocking it in. She ran into the U-Haul behind her and in front of her trying to get it out. 40 minutes later I asked if I could use the U-Haul next to it that was a 15 foot one. They said yes and not to worry about the cost then ended up charging me for it. I filled up gas to where it was at (have picture of gas gauge) and they still charged me 4 gallons of gas.
