No one was there to help because I had a mile issue asked attendant he said someone will be right out waited over 45 minutes no one came and couldn't find the attendant again ended up getting charge 125 extra for miles when it was the issue to start with and spent another hour the following Tuesday trying to get that fix and some one hung up on me twice never mind I never raise my voice or been disrespectful kept being put on hold would not recommend this location to no oneAshley T.

U-Haul needs to update your records of viable U-Haul dealer/service location for drop-off. The original drop off location JKS Services no longer existed. When I arrived to drop off the vehicle the building was totally empty and looked to be under renovation as construction workers were inside but no U-Haul representative. I tried to call the phone number in the contract but it did not work. I was uncomfortable leaving the vehicle at that location as there were no other U-Haul vehicles in proximity of the building or parking lot. Hence, I called the U-Haul dealer about 2 blocks up the street and explained my concern about leaving the vehicle at the other location and asked if I could change my drop-off location to his and he obliged.Vincent R.
The wife owner is very rude, she was screaming and yearling at me which I taught she was talking to her dogs. It is a drive thur liquor store which does not have an officeâ€¦. She told me next time I come I need to sit in my car until she comes to attend to me. But there is no sign anywhere stating so.But I don't want to go into detailâ€¦. Vehicles always dirty. Damages on vehicles not recorded so beware. I have no choice but to use this facility it is right near me.Helen F.

Owner simultaneously operates a drive through liquor store and Uhaul services with no access to an office to handle Uhaul transactions. As a result I was forced to wait more than 40 minutes before receiving keys to the reserved truck. I literally had to wait in line to drive through the liquor store to get the attention of the sales clerk. The clerk could not find the keys and had to call for another worker to report. As a result my move and the hired movers were greatly impacted, thus throwing everything off schedule. This location can improve by having a designated office area to handle rental reservations and returns. Having courtesy, respect, and value for a customer's time and prompt business protocol would go a long way in establishing customer satisfaction.Vickie L.

Pick up location where I made my reservation was very near my house. This pickup location that uhaul switched me to the day before scheduled date was 28 miles from my home. Not cool at all. Have a truck at the location it was reserved for not 30 miles away!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!! Truck was reserved 10 days before needed. Area we picked truck up at was very undesirable. We were told by the employee to stop walking so he could put his attack dog up!!!!!!Carrington S.

I was overcharged for the size truck I ordered when I got there the size I ordered wasn't available.The dolly had a bad wheel.The truck sounded like it was choking and couldn't rev up. Thanks I moved it served it's purpose.Thank you.patrice W.
I tried to call the location several days to confirm drop off details. The phone either rang and rang or a voicemail box was made available but could not leave a voicemail. The location is primarily a liquor store and was not easily identified as a drop off location. I'm also unsure as to how the reading for the gas was determined given that I left it at a half a tank just as I received it. Yeah I was charged an additional $10.Mia P.
That truck didnt even have a half of tank of gas, the more you press on the gas the more the gas go away. I had to put gas in that truck 4 times. Also, they put the wrong STARTING mileage and ENDING mileage on my truck and I also took pictures before and after so I know exactly what the mileage was. Very unprofessional, never again. And they trying to charge my card like $400 something dollars, that will never happen. I don't like that lying mess, that's exactly why I took pictures BEFORE I drove out the parking lot and AFTER I parked it back!TIERRA W.

When I was given the truck I found lots of feces and pee in the back of it .Truck was returned and the Manager became irate and disrespectful when told about it. No apology was given or compensation. I was given a new truck and the final bill was ridiculous , he added insurance that I told him I didn't want . He told me he is going to charge me $50 for the blankets and trolly in the truck that was his . I told him I wanted the truck for $24 , He put 6 hrs on the contract . He gave me a bill for $411 that was originally $227 and refuses to tell me what the extra money is for . Definitely going to court with this one and I have video of it all .KAMESHA A.

The Sight is hard to see from the Roadway and GPS is not acrate for finding the location. The site is very busy and causes U-Haul Customers to be agitated for lack of timely attention.Jeff H.

Location was a package store that had two huge german shepards out loose on the property. I could tell they belonged to the owners of the store. Luckily my father was around to shoo them away, but they were heading towards me initially. Very scary. I wouldnot recommend this location at all. Trash also everywhere.Kiersten T.

The location opened up 20 minutes late. Then the lady told me that the people who handles uhaul will not be in for another hour and that she can not assist me. Once I told her I already had a reservation she told me to wait then she came back an assisted me.TERSA H.

Got my receipt by email today and was charged $183.68 said, I didn't return a hand truck. The guy was sitting in his car when, I returned the truck yesterday and saw me put that dolly/handtruck back were it was. They didn't even check the miles on the truck and charged me for 39 miles. Lowes is just up the street around trip it's not even 15 miles. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.LORENZO J.

I got to location at noon. The employee informed me the owner was not available and truck would not be ready until hours later. I made him contact the owner due to having prior arrangements in which I needed the rental to move along with the fact U-Haul called me the day prior to confirm reservation. Only then did the owner decide he would come to the location and then tried to mention that my card was declined however payment was able to process with no problem. The owners customer service sucked which is why I wanted to pick up at another location. By the way, I did not get the truck until 1:18pm. By far the worst service ever!LAJANDA C.

They didn't have my Dolly on the truck. It's a drive thru liquor store so he made me wait while he was yelling at the customers to move ahead and taking their orders. I waited in the heat for over 20 mins than he just asked me which truck I had and gave me the keys. He never checked my name or anything. That was the worst experience ever with any rental truck company.Lydia L.
When I pick up the 26' truck it was a little under the line of a half of a tank. I see why the uhaul rep didn't give a paper copy of the rental contract. He said he emailed it. When I return the truck it was right on a half of a tank. Why did uhaul charge me a "EZ FUEL SALE 5 Gallon $17.50?. Here is 2 pics and pay attention to both pics along with the fuel. Which is proof that I pick up and brought back the rental truck. Uhaul vendor did have the 20' foot truck I reserved and they replaced it with this 26' truck for 29.95. I body cam video record and had a uhaul rep on the phone recording during my horrible experience while picking up my reserved rental. I need the $17.50 + tax and my $50 reservation guarantee.
